Digital products (playbooks, templates, guides)

Because you get the file straight away, digital products aren't refundable just for a change of mind. But if the file doesn't open, is missing, or isn't what the product page described, emailhello@offloadwork.co.za within 7 days of buying and we'll fix it, send it again, or refund you in full.

One-on-one setups

• If you change your mind at least 48 hours before your first session, we'll refund you in full.
• You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.
• A session that has taken place, or that you missed without notice, isn't refundable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
