Terms of service

These terms cover what Offload ("we", "us") offers on offloadwork.co.za: free content, digital products and one-on-one AI Setup sessions. By buying or booking, you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose. If anything's unclear, emailhello@offloadwork.co.za.

One-on-one setups: what's included

  • AI Setup Session: one 60-minute, one-on-one video call (R399 at current prices).
  • Setup Package: 3 sessions of 60 minutes each by video call (R899 at current prices). Sessions 2 and 3 are booked together at the end of session 1 and should be used within 60 days of your first session.
  • In a session we help you set up AI tools (like Claude or ChatGPT) for your work: projects, saved prompts, and connectors to your email, calendar or files where your employer allows it. You'll get a short written recap.
  • The cost of any AI subscription (for example ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro) is not included.

Booking and paying for a setup

After you send your answers, Dean WhatsApps you to agree a time and sends payment details. Your session is confirmed once payment is received, before the session. Prices on the site when you send your request are the prices you pay.

Digital products

  • You pay once, in rand, through Paystack. Card details go to Paystack and never reach us.
  • You get a download link by email straight after paying. It works for 7 days; save the file somewhere safe.
  • Products are for your own use. Please don't share, resell or publish them.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.

Rescheduling and no-shows

  • You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Just WhatsApp or email us.
  • If you don't show up, or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, that session is forfeited.
  • If we need to reschedule, we'll give you as much notice as we can and you can pick a new time or get a refund for that session.

Refunds

See the refund policy. It doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Checking what AI gives you

AI tools make mistakes. Anything they produce, including anything we set up together, is your responsibility to check before you use or send it. We don't give legal, financial, medical or HR advice.

Your accounts and passwords

We will never ask for your passwords. You log in to your own accounts yourself while sharing your screen. You're responsible for following your employer's rules on AI tools. If your company doesn't allow them, we'll only use your personal account and tasks that aren't confidential.

Confidentiality

Sessions are confidential. We don't record them, and we don't share what we see on your screen or what you tell us. Please don't share client names or confidential information in the booking form. See ourPrivacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Liability

We do our best to set things up properly, but we can't guarantee specific results or time savings. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the product or session in question.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you book applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
